What an energy doctor told me in taiwan that worries me

When me and my mom went to Taiwan we went to this different kind of doctor, he measures the energy in your body and can tell you like anything about it. He took a picture of my hands and feet, a picture of the energy around my finger tips and toes. It looked like a really thick sharpie that bled very nicely. I couldn't completely understand everything he was talking about me but I knew it wasn't good and I asked my mom exactly what was wrong with me.
I have 3 bad emotions in me sort of, I'm a sad person, I can't let go of things, and I'm an angry person? I wasn't so sure of being angry part really. In the energy picture he told me some dark spots meant I had toxins in me, and that its because I can't let go of them. I honestly don't know if its really that bad, I felt fine that day. He measured my energy in some of my different body systems and told said that ginseng made a lot of the energy levels normalize so I guess I'll be taking more ginseng now.

My mom, her friend, and I went to eat at a little veggie restaurant later on and after I sat down I cried.
